We have created 2 major Divisions to our Collection Services: PRE-JUDGMENT stage and POST-JUDGMENT stage.

PRE-JUDGMENT stage consist of all Debts owed to our customers, such as NSF Checks, Unpaid Invoices, Promissory Notes, Account Receivables....

POST-JUDGMENT stage consist of an U.S court awarded judgments.  If you have been awarded a court judgment and are still unable to collect, you are not ALONE!  Did you know that 80% of court awarded judgments go UNCOLLECTED?  Statewide Financial is placing a very strong emphasis on collecting these Judgments for our Customers.

We will either purchase your distressed receivables, or you can assign your accounts to us on a contingency basis. Our debt purchasing division will consider purchasing any type and any size portfolios
